Putin Power Plays – Putin
thought he would be able overtake Ukraine in six days. It has now been over ten months. This year’s conflict started in February with
Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine. It was supposed to be a “special
military operation” for the “demilitarization and denazification” of Ukraine,
when in fact, Putin bombarded Ukraine with missiles, rockets, air strikes and
invading ground troops.
This has been one of the bloodiest
conflicts since World War II and, it all started in 2014 when Russia
illegitimately annexed Crimea. This war
has caused over a million Russians to leave Russia, with Russian protestors shouting “NO” to genocide.
We are hearing that the invasion of Ukraine
has the Russian dictator hoping to use this country as a hostage so Russia
could gain complete control over all of Europe.
And now, Putin is threatening to pull cosmonauts off the International
Space Station (ISS). Russia has been a
part of this important piece of galactic technology for ten years. Is this a leverage move in a quest to control
space too?
Russia
wants U.S. to release a convicted murderer in exchange for held hostages
Americans Brittney Griner and Paul Whelan. This type of snatch and release is not a new
technique used by Russia to get its own way in negotiations. Prisoner swap was in the works; it was
hoped that Wheland and Griner would
be released
by the end of this year; however, Griner, who was arrested for carrying
cannabis oil in luggage, lost an appeal and the Moscow Regional Court upheld
her earlier conviction and sentence. U.S Marine Paul Whelan has been detained in Russia for four
years.
Alexander Drueke and Andy Huynh both
of Alabama were secured by the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, along
with eight others foreign nationals.
They were freed as part of a prisoner exchange deal between Russia and Ukraine. Huynh and Drueke were captured while fighting
for Ukraine near Kharkiv about four or five months ago.
(It has been suggested that China’s
grab of Taiwan and Russia’s grab of Ukraine are designed to keep the USA busy
helping Taiwan and giving aid to Ukraine in order to deplete America’s money,
weapons, and other resources.)
Putin is
violating the principles of Laws of War and committing War Crimes.
Some of the central principles underlying laws of war according
to Wikipedia are:
- Wars should be limited to achieving the political goals that
started the war (e.g., territorial control) and should not include should not include unnecessary destruction.
- Wars should be brought to an end as quickly as possible.
- People and property
that do not contribute to the war effort should be protected against unnecessary
destruction and hardship.
To this end, laws of
war are intended to mitigate the hardships of war by:
- Protecting both combatants
and non-combatants from unnecessary suffering. Safeguarding certain
fundamental human rights of persons who fall into the hands of the enemy,
particularly prisoners the wounded and sick, children, and civilians.
- Facilitating
restoration of peace.
Forcing and transferring civilians to
another country and attacking infrastructure serving civilians are also WAR
crimes. Russian forces have bombed both military and civilian targets far from
the frontline of the war. Mass graves
have been discovered that contained Ukraine victims. One grave contained at least 400 maimed,
dismembered, and tortured dead bodies. Russia
tried to hide its destruction of human lives.
Biden says
“Russia has shamelessly violated the core tenets of the United Nations
charter.” He wants a united front
against Russia.
Putin has
assured that nuclear threats are “not a bluff” and that the West “crossed all
lines” by giving Ukraine military aid.
Putin Platoons
In September, Putin initiated a draft for 300,000 more troops to
fight in his assault on Ukraine. To help
fill this quota of new troops, young Russian males, ages 18-35, were being
dragged from their homes.
The draft and forcing young men to be a part of Putin’s army started
a stampede of male Russians (and their families) fleeing the country because
they do not want to serve in Russia military.
There are traffic jams of people at the borders of Russians fleeing
Russia, their homeland.
Now Russia has a new law with a 10-year prison term. The law issued by Putin gives Russians a
choice to fight or go to prison for ten years.
On 26Sep22, one young man’s answer to the law was to fire and
shoot at recruiters in a Russian draft office.
Russia brand new drafted troops are
being deployed to fight in Ukraine after very little training. Putin visited with his mobilized draftees at
a training center and showed off his ability to fire a sniper rifle.
Russia has been hammering away at
Ukraine’s infrastructure, water, and energy grids. With winter right around the corner, one
million Ukrainians are without power. Russians’
troops are using dirty bombs that are
sometimes in the form of backpacks. Russia is targeting Ukraine civilians. They are purposefully killing Ukraine
civilians. Russia is showering cities of Ukraine rains
of white phosphorus emissions. This
chemical falling from the skies of Ukraine Is burning and killing Ukrainian troops
and innocent civilians. Some Ukrainian troops have committed suicide
due to extreme pain of the burning phosphorous.
Putin expands Russia
Putin illegally annexed four occupied Ukraine territories
during a formal ceremony on 30Sep22.
These regions are KHERSOM, ZAPORIZHZHIA, DONETSK, and LUHANSK and will
be defended by Putin as if they really
belong to Russia. This includes using
nuclear means if necessary.
Voting in Russia
There was a sham vote in four newly
illegally annexed Ukrainian territories.
The voting was on referendums to become part of Russia. Putin claims citizens of regions
voted for Russia citizenship in the election.
The world viewed a film written, produced, and
directed by Vladimir Putin depicting
happy enthusiastic and willingly voters in the recent annexed territories going
to the polls to vote on rather they
wanted to be
Russian. Election officials had walked
streets, knocked on doors accompanied by Russian military who forced residents
to come outside and
vote. The backdrops, stage settings and
photography for the film showed the devastation of the destroyed cities of Ukraine.
It is believed that Iranian military
in Crimea are helping Russian troops launch the Kamikaze drones; these drones
immediately explode on impact. Iran is
directly involved.
The USA is committed to making it hard for Iran to sell
weapons to Russia. Putin has repeatedly
warned that Russia will respond to the West’s growing involvement in his attack
on Ukraine.
Europe’s largest nuclear power plant
is in Ukraine, but it is under Russia control.
Holes have been found in the pipeline
which runs from Russia to Europe. Putin says it is an act of sabotage and that
USA blew up the pipeline.
Russia in retreat
Putin is using threats of nuclear
attacks as blackmail and leverage to get Russia-Ukraine War to go his way. Right now, the attack on Ukraine is not a
positive or successful move. Ukraine is
on the offensive,
while Russia retreats and struggles
to find new strategies of defense and attack.
On 23Oct22, Russia launched a new
retreat. Russia troops pulled out
of the first city seized as Ukraine liberates KHERSON in southeast Ukraine.

It is reported that Russia is
releasing rains of phosphorus over Ukraine.
This chemical rain is burning and killing Ukraine military troops and
innocent civilians.
Russia claims that Ukraine is going
to use Dirty Bombs. These are
bombs that use conventional explosives to spread radioactive material into the
air and contaminates the surrounding area.
They have already accused Ukraine of
blowing up the 12-mile bridge Kerch Strait bridge in Crimea with a Ukrainian
truck bomb. Ukraine did not take credit for the bridge, but celebrated. Ukraine
officials have hinted
at being responsible for the
explosion but will not formally say, “We did it!”
The bridge was used to supply Russian
forces in Ukraine. Russia was not able
to protect the bridge and this an embarrassment to Putin.

Putin called the attack on his prize
bridge (he built and had
ceremoniously opened the bridge in 2018) was an attack of terrorist by western
backed Ukraine special forces. The bridge, consisting of a highway
and a parallel railway, was a primary supply route for ammunition, weaponry, fuel,
and equipment for Russian troops in Ukraine. It linked Russia with the Crimean
Peninsula.
These claims of destroyed bridges,
punched holes in pipeline, etc., give Putin leverage and excuses for stepping up nuclear exercises,
and threats to use nuclear warfare.
President Biden has stated that Putin
is “not joking” when he threatens nuclear, chemical, or biological attacks.
Russia retaliated for the destroyed
Kerch bridge by missile strikes on non-military sites such as a school yards,
apartment complexes and energy infrastructure.
These missile strikes let the world
see a sadistic and terroristic personality of a so-called world leader. His actions have prompted G-7 meetings and
possible action.
Ukraine president has addressed the
most powerful nations in an emergency virtual meeting of the G-7.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy
“Everything illegal must
be destroyed, everything stolen must be returned to Ukraine, everything
occupied by Russia must be expelled.” Ukraine
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says – “We will do everything to give people electricity and heat, but
Russia will do everything to destroy normal life.”
Unknown woman sent text message – “Also, now the Russians are stealing everything. From washing
machines to the whole factories. Yesterday
they stole all the firefighter’s’ vehicles – now we have nothing to put out
fires. Then they stole the ambulances.
They are bringing everything through the pontoon bridge.”
The pontoon bridge is a series of six
barges and it sits right next to the Antonovsky bridge which is unusable
because of repeated rocket attacks. This
pontoon bridge is essential for movement of Russia troops and supplies.
Notes: The United States has approximately 100,000 troops in
Ukraine, and Lions rescued in Ukraine have been moved to USA.

North and South Korea
exchanging warning shots -
South Korea fired warning shots at a North Korea Merchants ship citing that it
had crossed the line. North Korea responded with ten rounds of
artillery shells accusing South Korea of violating its warning. Recently, North
Korea fired 23 missiles into the Sea of Japan with one landing less than 40
miles off South Korea’s coast.
South Korean President Yoon Sukyeol viewed launched missiles as “territorial
encroachment and effectively territorial invasion.” Washington said it was
“reckless.”
CHINA - Taiwan-based
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Limited (TSMC also known as Taiwan
Semiconductor) is a multinational semiconductor contract manufacturing and design
company. It is the world’s most
valuable semiconductor company and world’s largest dedicated independent manufacturer
of integrated circuits (ICs). TSMC is
the world's biggest chipmaker — its chips power everything from cars to washing Machines to iPhones. But as
tensions escalate with China, the fate of Taiwan is questionable. This may be the reason Xi Jinping wants to
get his hands on Tiawan. He would be able to use the ‘Chip’ market as
leverage to manipulate the World’s economy and to have everything his way,
including being
Earth’s Supreme Leader.
President of the People’s Republic
of China, Xi Jinping, is very influential as the General Secretary of the
Chinese Communist Party. He has amended China’s constitution to
explicitly oppose Taiwan’s independence.
Of special note, Xi Jinping’s
predecessor, Hu Jintao was removed from the front row of the Chinese Communist
Party’s 20th National Congress on 29Oct22 by two aids, and President
Xi Jinping expressed no reaction to the incident.
TRUMP TRIALS, TRIBULATIONS and TAXES – Some say, Donald
J. Trump, the number one USA domestic terrorist, one-term, twice-impeached, FBI-raided, subpoenaed, former President in name only (PINO) is still looking out for Trump. Even on the 2022 midterm campaign trail he
is throwing out the famous red caps and hints at running for President again in
2024. Many of his supporters do not
believe that the January 6, domestic riots at the U.S. Capitol, really
happened.

Iran and China.

FBI Threatened
FBI agents are on high alert due to violent threats after searching
Trump’s Mar-a-Lago vacation resort home.
An attack on Cincinnati FBI field officer ended with domestic terrorist’s
death.
Trump states FBI took personal papers and items form his estates’
padlocked storage room.
January 6 committee interviewed
secret service after reviewing seized documents in FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago.
Trump has stated all the documents at
his Mar-a-Lago estate had been declassified because he ‘thought’ about it. This did not prove declassification to the
‘Master’ selected to review the documents.
Special Master, Judge Raymond Debrie,
gave Trumps’s lawyers time (at least a week) to back up Trumps’ claims that the
FBI planted evidence his Florida vacation home. He demanded that the
Trump team go under oath and prove conspiracies. If there is no evidence, then the DOJ job
would be easier.
Trump lawyers have not made any
arguments in courts.
The United States Attorney General,
Merrick Garland, had made it a personal decision to seek and approve warrant
for FBI search of Mar-a-Lago for Government documents.
In August there were eleven boxes of
material removed from Mar-a-Lago. This
search may have been prompted by a Trump lawyer stating that there were no
longer classified documents being stored at Mar-a-Lago. This declaration was made after a
visit on June 3rd by Jay Bratt, Chief at Counterintelligence in National
Security Division. The June 3rd
subpoena required that documents be returned.
A meeting was set up and it was deemed that there should be better security
for the documents, so Trump added a second padlock to the storage room.
Someone
tipped the authorities that classified documents were still at
Mar-a-Lago.
Apparently, Trump had assumed
documents were automatically declassified as soon as he removed them, but this
is a national crime under the Espionage Act. This crime should disqualify Trump
from running for
any public office.
In September, a lower Judge’s ruling
to pause the document investigation was overturned and Intelligent Officials
have resumed national security risk review of classified documents at
Mar-a-Lago.
Government documents are still Government property rather they
are declassified or not.
On 16August2016 Trump had stated, “In my administration I’m
going to enforce all laws concerning the protection of classified information.”
Cause and Effect of Capitol Attack
The January 6 committee
issued a subpoena to Trump accusing him of leading the effort to overturn the
2020 election, which culminated in a horrific and bloody domestic terroristic
attack on the USA Capitol. He was given a deadline to comply.
The Jan. 6 Committee
voted unanimously to subpoena Donald Trump to hear him testify about his role
in inciting a mob of terrorists to attack the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, while he was still President of the
United States. The House Select
committee exercised its subpoena power against Trump who lawmakers say was the
central cause in effort to overthrow the 2020 election. They issued a letter to Trump’s lawyers
demanding his testimony by November 14th and request a series of
documents, including personal communications between the then President,
members of Congress and extremist groups, such as the ‘proud boys’.

person at the center of the story of what happened on Jan. 6. So, we want to
hear from him."

York City
Flagrant Fraud - New
York City Attorney General, Letitia James, states that Donald Trump inflated
his assets to get more favorable loans and better tax rates and expedited a
$250 Million civil lawsuit against Trump
and his children, Donald Jr., Eric,
Ivanka and Trump’s company for astronomical fraud, “BIGLY” fraud in New York. AG said claiming fraud is “Astounding,”
scheme inflated Trump net worth by billions of dollars.
NYC AG declared that Trump is not
being charged with a crime and emphasized that this is a civil lawsuit.
Examples of fraud:
Property at 40 Wall Street worth $524
million but appraised and valued at $200 million (lower taxes).
Mar-a-Lago worth $730 million on
false premise that it could be developed and sold for residential use.
Penthouse apartment inside Trump
Tower misrepresented at more than 30,000 square feet but is only about 11,000
square feet and valued at $327 million.
(NYC AG stated that no apartment in NYC has ever sold for that amount.)
She stated that,” Art of the Deal” is actually “Art of the Steal.”
The Trump organization improperly
altered the value of its’ hotels, golf courses, and holdings to gain financially
with lenders and taxes. “Phantom Net worth,” for
example, his 11,000 sq. ft. apartment listed
as 30,000 sq. ft. made it more
valuable.
Michael Cohen Squealed – the former attorney for Donald Trump referred Trump
family to Federal prosecutors and IRS.
Cohen explains. “Donald would call us in and he
would say, I want to be higher on the Forbes list and so
what I need to do is
say, I’m not worth 6 billion, and then 7 would become 8, in fact, I’m actually
worth 10 billion. So, this guy added 4
billion of net worth within a matter of 8-10 seconds.” … “Our job, what we were tasked with, was to
take the assets that existed in the previous year personal financial statement and come up with a way to get it as close to that as possible…we were backing
into a number.” …. “This Dope” has added obstruction of justice to list
of charges because the FBI found papers that would have answered his subpoena. IRS charges, bank fraud, wire fraud,
and money laundering.
Trump took the 5th
amendment during his NYC deposition at the AG office. He only answered one question: What is your
name?
During a past speech before his
supporters, Trump has said, “5th amendment,
5th amendment, 5th amendment horrible, horrible, -- you
see the MOB takes the 5th, If you’re innocent, why are you taking
the 5th?”
Trump Justifies the 5th: “If there was a question in my mind, the raid of my home,
Mar-a-Lago, on Monday by the FBI, just two days prior to the deposition, wiped
out any uncertainty.” This was the tipping point in his decision
regarding self-discrimination.
Eric Trump
invoked the 5th 500 times over six hours when he testified two years
ago.
Trump said the NYC probe is “The biggest
witch hunt in the history of our country,” “It’s another witch hunt by a racist
Attorney General.”
and accused AG Letitia James of “openly
campaigning on a policy of destroying me.”

Charitable Distributions
In 2016 NY AG
opened a probe of Trump Charity Foundation and found some questionable
distributions of the charity’s donations:
. Trump
bought a $12,000 ‘Tim Tebow’ signed Denver Bronco football helmet for himself.
. In 2007
he used $20,000 of foundation money for a 6-foot-tall portrait of himself.
. $258,000
was used to settle legal problems. For
example, $100,000 to settle fines over dispute over the height of a flagpole in
Palm Beach, Florida.
. The
foundation’s largest gift, $264,631, was used to renovate a fountain outside
the windows of Trump’s Plaza hotel (the fountain is in NYC's Central Park).
. The
smallest ever gift of $7 was paid to Boy Scouts in 1989 when it cost $7 to
register a new scout. Trump’s son,
Donald Jr., was eleven at this time and perhaps the $7 was used to register him as a
new scout.
In 2018, in
June, Attorney General Barbara Underwood filed a lawsuit against the charity,
Trump and his three eldest children.
The suit alleged “persistently
illegal conduct” at the foundation. Trump started the charity in 1987.
Underwood stated in the initial suit “The
Foundation as little more than a checkbook for payments to not-for-profits from
Mr. Trump or the Trump Organization.”
Trump agreed to shut the charity
down.
Trump is now attempting to collect
donations for Mar-a-Lago damage caused by the Hurricane “IAN.” This storm did major destruction to some
cities in Florida, especially in Fort Meyers, where it may its initial touchdown
on land.
Steve Bannon, a
Trump former advisor– on October 21, 2022 Bannon was sentenced to four months
in prison on misdemeanor contempt charges of Congress for defying the subpoena
issued by the January 6 committee.
He is free pending his appeal. It was recommended that he receive six-month
prison term and fined $200,000 for the two counts of contempt of Congress. Bannon lawyers had wanted probation.

Liz Truss who replaced ousted Boris
Johnson as Britain’s Prime Minister (PM) resigned on 20Oct22 after 44 days in
office. She was appointed by Queen
Elizabeth just two days before the Queen passed away. Truss is the shortest serving PM in British
history. Her economic plan was not
acceptable, and she fired her finance minister after the British Market plunged
and the British pound (£), tanked. British
inflation is over a whopping 10% and the Brits are facing rising cost of
living.
On 19Oct22 Truss stated to those
calling for her resignation, “I am a fighter and not a
quitter.”, but the very next day she declared, “I cannot deliver the mandate on which I was elected by the
conservative party.”
Currently - In Iran, leaders are eroding women rights and Iranian
women and girls are protesting even if they must die at the hand of Iran’s morality
police. The protests were sparked after
a young woman of 22 years was killed for loosely wearing a scarf over her head
and wearing tight jeans.
In the USA women rights are being eroded by leaders in some
states who want to control women and their bodies by mandating abortion
restrictions
and in some instances, outlawing abortions all together. Some states will not allow Abortions to be performed
even if mother and child lives are at risk.

In the early hours on Friday, 28October2022,
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi ‘s Husband, Paul Pelosi, was brutally
attacked in their San Franciso home by ‘David DePape,’ age 42, a known conspiracy
theorist living in Berkeley, CA. It is
reported that the Pelosi’s home was targeted and the attack was not
random. DePape wanted to break Nancy
Pelosi’s kneecaps and kept shouting “Where’s Nancy.” Nancy Pelosi was in
Washington at the time. Paul Pelosi had
locked himself in a bathroom at start of invasion and secretly called police.
This action is contributed to saving his life. He suffered a serious skull fracture and
damage to shoulder during the cruel and violent attack with a hammer. In May of this year, Paul Pelosi was arrested
for DUI.

assaulted the wife of California 40th Governor Gavin Newsom. Jennifer Siebel Newsom 
is among the five women testifying in
Weinstein’s second trail.
- - Democratic Senator of New Jersey, Bob

Five years ago, he avoided conviction of corruption charges in an alleged bribery scheme.
In 2018 he was
reelected.
- - Paul Bellar, Pete Musico, and Joseph
Morrison of terrorist group ‘Wolverine Watchmen’, are convicted of trying to
kidnap Michigan Governor, Gretchen Whitmer.
Each one will receive 20 years in prison.

Justice Clarence Thomas’ wife, Ginni Thomas, a conservative and activist, had
been in touch with Trump during the 2020 election. Due to her push to overturn the 2020
Presidential election, she was summoned to meet with the January 6
committee and agreed to an interview. The interview was 4-hours long, and
afterward, she still insisted the 2020 Election was stolen.
